The measurement range is composed of the upper and lower limits. Theoretically, it is not difficult to push the upper limit upwards, as long as the focal length of the Fourier lens is extended. However, it is more difficult to measure smaller particles, which depends on the maximum detectable scattering angle. When the particle size is less than 0.2m, the forward scattered light energy distribution of single beam illumination is basically unchanged. Our company has obtained a national patent (ZL94225544.5) by using the patented technology of converging light Fourier transform, which overcomes the limitation of the aperture lens on the scattering angle and expands the detected scattering angle. In addition, the ultrafine particle probe is set up to expand the test range to 0.1m. The range of our intensity measurement is 0.1-300m.
