What are the measurement indicators of laser particle size analyzer?

(1) Measurement repeatability. When the mass (volume) median diameter D50 of the same particle size standard material is measured repeatedly, the relative standard deviation of the instrument measurement value shall not be greater than 3%.

(2) Relative error of measurement. When measuring the D50 of the particle size reference material, the relative error between the instrument measurement value and the nominal value of the particle size reference material shall not be greater than the technical standards listed in Table :

(3) Instrument resolution. According to the instrument's resolution of two unimodal distribution particle size standard materials in the measurement range of 1~20μm, it is divided into two levels: A and B. Among them, the instrument that can resolve the two particle size standard materials D50 of

5^# and 6^#  is classified as level A. Instruments that cannot distinguish are classified as Class B.
