(1)The diffraction phenomenon of light, that is, the diffraction Angle generated by large particles is small, while the diffraction Angle generated by small particles is large, the particle size and distribution can be determined by calculating the distribution of light intensity of different diffraction patterns collected on the detector.
(2) The distribution of agglomeration particles is realized through the strong frictional shear force between materials with different velocity gradients in the dispersion tube.
(3)The agglomeration particles are dispersed through the frictional shear force generated by the collision between particles of different sizes.
(4) The agglomeration particles can be distributed through the contact between different size particles and scattered walls.
(5) Dry measurement, does not need any dispersion solvent or surfactant, simple operation.
(6) Open measuring area, instantaneous dispersion, instantaneous measurement, effectively avoid the dispersed particle flow secondary agglomeration, and sample cross contamination.
